Job Description:
Leads complex modules/projects technically and mentors DMEs while preparing for future managerial responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned projects/modules technically.
- Review migration scripts and validation reports.
- Guide team members on technical challenges.
- Act as first escalation point within team.
- Support reporting and coordination.
- Attend client meetings for technical discussions.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Risk Monitoring & Assessment.
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling.
- Participate in RCA for critical concerns.
- Data & Product Assessment.
- Enable team with initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in migration, operations or related profile.
- Strong SQL and data validation skills.
- Ability to lead small groups technically.
- Adhere to process & workflow discipline.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills.
- Innovative problem solver.
