Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise in OTBI Reports and Dashboards, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL Data Migration, Redwood UI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The candidate should have hands-on experience in development, configuration, implementation, and production support, with the ability to independently handle technical requirements and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus: HCM Reporting, Integrations, Data Migration, and Technical Configuration

1. OTBI Dashboards and Analytics

• Develop and maintain OTBI dashboards, analyses, prompts, and interactive reports.
• Build reports using appropriate HCM subject areas across All modules and Workforce Structures.
• Apply filters, parameters, calculations, and dashboard-level configurations as required.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, reporting access, and performance issues.
• Validate report output against business requirements.

2. BI Publisher Reports, Letters, and Notifications

• Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports using SQL, data models, data sets, parameters, and templates (RTF, Excel, ETF).
• Develop reports across all modules, Workforce Structures, and Transaction Console-related reporting requirements.
• Design and maintain HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, termination and relieving letters, and other employee-related documents.
• Configure and troubleshoot document templates, dynamic fields, conditional sections, and formatting.
• Develop or maintain HCM notification templates and troubleshoot notification-related issues using supported Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Support scheduled reports, bursting, and report delivery where required.

3. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – Third-Party Integrations

• Design, develop, enhance, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications using OIC.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, relevant adapters, data mappings, lookups, and fault-handling mechanisms.
• Support inbound and outbound data integrations between HCM and external systems.
• Monitor integration executions, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate integration testing with functional teams and third-party application owners.

4. HCM Extracts

• Develop, configure, and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data integrations and reporting requirements.
• Configure extract definitions, data groups, records, attributes, and filtering criteria as applicable.
• Support delivery options and integration with downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot extract execution, data completeness, and delivery issues.
• Validate extracted data against business requirements and source HCM records.

5. HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Data Migration

• Prepare, execute, and troubleshoot HDL data loads for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Develop and validate data-load files, mappings, and source-to-target transformations.
• Support migration of HCM data, including relevant worker, assignment, and workforce structure records.
• Analyze import and load errors and resolve data validation issues.
• Perform post-load reconciliation and coordinate data validation with functional teams.

6. Fast Formulas

• Develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas.
• Support applicable formula types based on business requirements and module scope.
• Analyze formula execution errors and resolve issues in coordination with functional teams.
• Maintain formula documentation and support regression testing.
• Validation Fast Formulas – All existing FF’s 

7. Redwood UI Changes

• Support Oracle Fusion HCM Redwood UI adoption and related configuration changes.
• Assess the impact of Redwood changes on existing business processes and user experiences.
• Support testing and validation of Redwood pages, workflows, and related functionality.
• Troubleshoot configuration or usability issues in coordination with functional teams.
• Support regression testing following Redwood-related changes and Oracle quarterly updates.
• Redwood pages configurations (Validation) as per Business Requirement. 

8. Configuration Migration and Deployment Pipeline (Development to Production)

• Support the migration of eligible configurations and technical artifacts across development, test, and production environments.
• Understand and use Oracle-supported migration tools and deployment processes applicable to each artifact type.
• Prepare migration checklists, validate dependencies, and coordinate deployment activities.
• Perform pre-deployment and post-deployment validation.
• Support deployment of reports, integrations, extracts, formulas, and other eligible configurations using the appropriate migration method.
• Maintain deployment documentation, version control, rollback considerations, and environment-specific validation procedures.

Required Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports.
• Experience developing HR letters and supporting HCM notifications.
• Practical experience with OIC-based third-party integrations.
• Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL data migration.
• Working knowledge of Fast Formulas and Redwood UI changes.
• Experience supporting configuration migration and deployment across Oracle Fusion environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration skills. 

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development and support.
• Practical expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, Redwood UI, and OIC.
• Experience in Oracle HCM integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
