A high-growth business operating in the Real Estate and PropTech sector, focused on residential and commercial property advisory and transaction services across India. We deliver end-to-end on-site property consulting—market analysis, valuation, client advisory, and deal execution—for buyers, sellers, and investors. The role is customer-facing and field-driven, suited to commercial real estate professionals who thrive in target-led sales environments.

Primary Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, referrals, walk-ins, and developer partnerships to build a high-converting pipeline.
  • Conduct on-site property visits and deliver accurate property valuations and contextual market insights to clients.
  • Advise buyers and sellers on pricing strategy, investment potential, and market trends to align expectations and drive transactions.
  • Negotiate offers, structure deal terms, and manage end-to-end transaction coordination until closure.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM, prepare and verify documentation, and coordinate with legal/finance teams for compliance and disbursal.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to local market intelligence by reporting competitor activity and demand signals.
