Senior Product Manager AI Location Hyderabad Experience 5+ years (including 23 years in AI/LLM-based product development) About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation Agentic AI capabilities for Payroll implementation. This is a Tech PM role requiring a strong blend of product thinking, technical depth, and global stakeholder management. You will work closely with a focused engineering team to design and build AI-powered agentic systems that transform payroll implementation workflows. Key Responsibilities Define and drive product vision and roadmap Lead AI-driven product development using agentic systems Collaborate with global stakeholders and drive discovery Work closely with engineering teams Operate within Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP) Drive innovation and problem solving Required Qualifications 5+ years in Product Management 23 years working on AI/LLM-based products Strong technical PM experience with a AI-first builder mindset Experience with global stakeholders Understanding of AI/LLMs (functional level) Strong collaboration, problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Payroll or HR Tech experience Experience with agentic or workflow automation systems Experience in data-driven product development Startup or innovation team exposure ##LI-DNI
