Job Description
- Issue of material against Material requests raised by Departments & Maintain records Of all issued materials.
- Co-ordinate between production and purchasing on all inventories movement.
- Arrange & store the material properly and maintain FIFO in the flow of material.
- Monthly stock verification & reconciliation Physical & System.
- Responsible for physical inventory taking by every month internally and by quarterly with external auditor
- Manage external job work supplier & day to day co-ordination with each supplier. defined time-based vehicle unloading plant & processed the same.
- ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance of processed fabrics.
- Maintain accurate records of job work challans, delivery notes, and process invoices
- have a basic knowledge of Excel sheet with advance formula, can be able to work in tally software.
- monthly reconciliation of vendor stock, order wise tracking and treatability on daily basis. can able to manage day to day order details & update the same .
- Monthly stock tacking at all job work supplier vendors.
- Co-ordination between production, PPC & internal parties for timely removal material without any delay.
