Your Role:

Act as the SAP TM Lead/SME, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of transportation and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and configure SAP TM functionalities including freight planning, carrier selection, freight settlement, and transportation execution.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and ERP teams to deliver integrated end-to-end transportation solutions.
Lead testing, user training, cutover activities, and provide expert support for issue resolution and continuous process improvements.

Your Profile

9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and logistics execution processes.
Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight costing, freight settlement, and SAP TM integration with SAP S/4HANA/EWM.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations, enhancements, and support projects using SAP best practices and SAP Activate methodology.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills with experience working in global and cross-functional project environments.
