Your Role

Lead end-to-end SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Analyze business requirements and design SAP JVA solutions aligned with finance and joint venture processes.
Configure and support JVA functionalities including Venture Master, Equity Groups, Recovery Indicators, Cutback, and Partner Billing.
Ensure integration between SAP JVA and related modules such as FI/CO, MM, AA, and S/4HANA Finance.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), user training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead and mentor functional consultants while managing project deliverables and timelines.

Your Profile

9+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP JVA implementation or transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas industry processes, partner settlements, cost allocations, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO, and JVA integration scenarios.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
