Job Description

Check and analyse Reship, Refund, and Review data for global production.
Manage daily reship-refund meetings, and take action to control them.
Analytics for evaluating repeatable issues and fixing the same with the coordinate to the team.
Analytics for Control Global Reship Refund issue for operations.
Update product information on the website and make necessary corrections.
Promote a culture of 5S and Kaizen through regular discussions with stakeholders.
Prepare process improvement plans and recommend product design changes when required.
Process audit to check and confirm action plan Executed effectiveness.
