Job Summary
The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes in the production department to ensure products meet company standards and regulations.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Supervise the quality control team and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor quality control staff.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.
- 1 year of experience in a production department.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
