Job Summary
The QA Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services through the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, conduct tests, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct tests to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and provide solutions
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and findings
- Participate in product design and development meetings to provide quality insights
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 0-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
