QA EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• To Manage Daily Reprint and Wastage Meeting and action to Control it.
• Daily Audit for product and Process to Monitor and control the Same.
• To Follow Up for Admin related issues and resolve it.
• Work for NPD updates, training and follow up with related stakeholders. provide input.
• Work for product Information updating Website and Make Correction.
• To develop environment For 5S, kaizen and Follow Discuss with all stakeholders.
• To Prepared Process Improvement plan and Product Design changes if required.
• To audit Vendor Production and processes.
• To work on PPC Report for improvement.
• To Audit B2B/Market place Order flow before shipping to Confirm over all quality.
  
  

• Strong working knowledge of ISO9001:2015 quality standards
• Strong technical and Analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with management, technical teams and strong problem-solving skills using 7QC tool.
• Highly motivated, quick thinking, and able to convey ideas and present unconventional solutions to unique problems
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, be innovative, detail oriented, possess initiative, be positive, and be people oriented
• Knowledge of control of nonconforming product, failure/root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action processes
• Consultative approach to problem solving to provide solutions and make independent judgements for process improvement
• Demonstrated competence in working with diverse personnel to resolve issues with short deadlines
  
  

• 1-2 year in Quality Assurance Department with Analytical activity closely work with daily production work.
• Have good knowledge For Lab Testing-fabric, packaging material , use of 7QC tool, advance Excel work for analytics.
• Knowledge Of solid work, Photoshop, AI, knowledge will be advantage.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C Business model.
  
  

• Graduate in Textile or Mechanical field.
• Certified for QMS process, Kaizen.
