QA Executive - Incoming Process

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and products for quality and compliance.
• Perform tests and measurements using appropriate equipment.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and report non-conforming products or materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues.
• Work with internal teams to maintain and improve quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
• Good knowledge of ISO9001:2015 quality standards and vendor rating system.
• Highly motivated, quick thinking, and able to convey ideas and present unconventional solutions to unique problems
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, be innovative, detail oriented, possess initiative, be positive, and be people oriented
• Consultative approach to problem solving to provide solutions and make independent judgements for process improvement
• Demonstrated competence in working with diverse personnel to resolve issues with short deadlines

• 1-2 year in Any Good Organisation work for IQA Executive.
• Have good knowledge for Inward Material Testing and Vendor Rating Process.
  
  

• Mechanical Degree or diploma; additional certification in quality control or relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience in a quality control, Inward quality position or similar role.
• Familiarity with quality testing tools and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in record-keeping.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
