Project Planning And Coordination
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for Odoo ERP implementations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and are aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Odoo solutions before client delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost control.
- Track and report on project financials regularly.
- Strong project management skills, including the use of project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of Odoo ERP and its various modules.
