DRC Systems is looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Growth Manager who will own the company’s organic growth, backlink acquisition, keyword rankings, website traffic, brand visibility, and AI search presence. The candidate will be responsible for improving DRC Systems’ global digital visibility across Google, AI search platforms, software directories, review platforms, partner ecosystems, PR channels, and industry publications.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B IT services SEO, international lead generation, content-led growth, backlink strategy, and performance tracking using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4 and more.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SEO for B2B, IT services, SaaS, or technology companies.
• Hands-on knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and keyword research tools.
• Experience in backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns.
• Understanding of WordPress SEO and technical SEO basics.
• Ability to identify keyword gaps, competitor gaps, and content opportunities.
• Experience working with content writers, designers, developers, and sales teams.
• Good understanding of international SEO and geo-targeted landing pages.
• Strong written communication and outreach skills.
• Ability to prepare management-level reports.
• Experience with PR outreach and digital publications.
• Experience managing Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, G2, Capterra, or similar profiles.
• Understanding of AI search optimization / LLM visibility.
• Basic understanding of Cloudflare and website performance optimization.
• Should have good knowledge of Google Ads and campaign management.
