Position: Logistics Executive

Location: Gandhinagar

Department: Logistics / Supply Chain

Reporting To: Kaushal Chakravarty

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations. This role involves shipment planning, documentation, coordination with logistics partners, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling both domestic and international logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor daily inbound and outbound logistics operations
  • Manage domestic and international shipments, including booking, scheduling, and tracking
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, etc.)
  • Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth clearance and delivery
  • Track shipment status, identify delays, and implement corrective actions proactively
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and logistics activities
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize logistics flow
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal company policies
  • Analyze logistics costs and performance metrics; recommend improvements
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/logistics management systems
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability

Work Schedule Requirement
