Business Development Executive

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (IT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting IT services and solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by engaging with both domestic and international clients.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and digital solutions. You should be comfortable with outbound sales, client communication, and managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr
  • Research potential clients, industries, and markets to create a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including initial contact, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to showcase company capabilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to understand client requirements and provide accurate solutions
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and documentation aligned with client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends, technologies, and market competition

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and digital solutions
  • Experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and client handling
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia markets preferred)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Background in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Understanding of digital marketing services, cloud solutions, or SaaS products is a plus
