Role Context
The principal regulations governing the jobholder are RBI guidelines, Compliance guidelines and the group’s internal policies. He/she needs to Manage within the regulatory framework to avoid any reputational impact on the Bank. He needs to process good analytical skills & understanding of FEMA /IFSCA guidelines & its interpretation to handle complicated client transactions. The job holder is expected to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure that customers expectation is met and at the same time no compromise is made to the Banks position.
The jobholder is expected to exercise broad discretion in carrying out his / her regular duties and is required to make reference to his / her superior with regards to decisions beyond his / her discretion. Also policy matters need to be referred to the VP- REMS Operations, Head - GPS Operations and / or GPS product team as appropriate
