Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
Develop and implement strategies to optimize industrial processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on progress
Train and mentor junior staff members in industrial engineering best practices

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
6 years of experience in the Operation Excellence department
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
