We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Framingham, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in various aspects of civil litigation, including trial preparation and discovery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in case management software and litigation procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with all phases of civil litigation, including drafting and organizing legal documents.
• Conduct thorough research and compile information relevant to ongoing cases.
• Manage discovery processes, ensuring timely and accurate production of required materials.
• Prepare trial documents, exhibits, and case summaries for legal proceedings.
• Utilize case management software to maintain and update case files and records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
• Monitor legal deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements.
• Review and summarize legal documents to provide concise insights to attorneys.
• Support attorneys during trial by organizing materials and managing logistics.
• Proven experience as a Paralegal with a focus on civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and trial preparation.
• Proficiency in using case management software and legal research tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation.
• Bachelors degree or Paralegal certification is preferred.
