Description:

• Health screening of new entrants.
• To review and record the periodical check-up of all employees.
• To advise the employees of deviations observed in periodical medical check-up for further medical investigation.
• To maintain and update health records.
• To ensure availability of required Antidotes, Injections, and Medicines.
• To upkeep the medical equipments in Occupational Health Center.
• To arrange the replenishment of first aid items.
• To identify medicine requirement, procurement and maintain stock of medicines.
• Provide medical treatment and assistance to employees for illness and accident reported during working hours.
• To provide the first aid and health related training to employees.
• To arrange the medical camps etc.
• To coordinate the health related activities with Govt. authorities, Medical professional bodies and NGOs.
• To arrange special medical tests as PFT, ECG, Eye vision and pathological tests as per requirement.
• To coordinate with Industrial Hygienist for testing of occupational health hazards.
• To perform other duties assigned time to time by seniors.
