We are seeking a highly skilled Quality (SQA) professional with experience in Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Busses, High Voltage, and Electric Vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supplier Quality and a proven track record of ensuring the highest standards of quality in the manufacturing process. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes for Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Busses, High Voltage, and Electric Vehicles

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met

- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, preferably in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle industry

- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and tools

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
