Purpose of the Job

The OKR Manager is responsible for driving the organizations performance management

system through effective implementation, monitoring, and governance of Objectives and Key

Results (OKRs). The role ensures strategic goals are translated into measurable outcomes across

all departments and that accountability, transparency, and execution discipline are maintained

throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. OKR Planning & Deployment

• Facilitate company-wide quarterly and annual OKR planning.

• Align departmental OKRs with company strategic objectives.

• Ensure every department, manager, and employee has measurable OKRs.

• Review OKRs for clarity, relevance, and measurability.

• Maintain organization-wide OKR calendar and review cycles.

2. Performance Tracking & Monitoring

• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKR progress.

• Monitor achievement against key results.

• Identify delayed, off-track, or at-risk objectives.

• Publish performance dashboards and scorecards.

• Escalate critical execution gaps to management.

3. Accountability & Governance

• Conduct weekly OKR review meetings with department heads.

• Ensure managers update progress on time.

• Follow up on overdue tasks and commitments.

• Maintain compliance with reporting standards.

• Drive a culture of ownership and accountability.4. Task Management System

• Monitor execution of departmental action plans.

• Ensure tasks are linked to OKRs.

• Track task completion rates and delays.

• Coordinate with department managers for corrective actions.

• Generate productivity and execution reports.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly CEO performance reports.

• Generate department-wise scorecards.

• Analyze trends, bottlenecks, and execution risks.

• Provide recommendations for improving performance.

• Develop dashboards and MIS reports.

6. Training & Capability Building

• Train employees and managers on OKR methodology.

• Conduct workshops on goal setting and execution.

• Support managers in defining measurable KPIs.

• Promote best practices in performance management.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Improve OKR frameworks and review mechanisms.

• Standardize reporting formats across departments.

• Identify process gaps affecting goal achievement.

• Drive performance excellence initiatives.

• 100% departments with approved quarterly OKRs.

• Weekly OKR dashboard submitted to CEO.

• Monthly performance review reports.

• Department scorecards.

• Employee productivity reports.

• Action tracking and closure reports.

• Quarterly OKR achievement analysis.

Qualification

• MBA / Engineering / Management Graduate preferred.

• Certification in OKR, Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or Performance

Management preferred.

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Business Excellence, Operations, or

Performance Management.

• Experience implementing OKRs across multiple departments is preferred.
