Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned entity, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. They ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions.

This role is contributing to the Motion business at Faridabad, India:

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
• Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.
• Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across one or several service line(s).
• Accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• 2 to 4 years of experience in similar industry.
• Full time graduate with knowledge of various HR tools.
• Accountable for maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems as well as documentation.
• Supports other team members with defined tasks and knowledge transfer.
