Summary: VES is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Faridabad, India location. The accountant will be responsible for managing accounting, banking, and treasury operations for an export/import-oriented manufacturing business. The role requires hands-on experience in banking coordination, trade finance activities, export documentation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage day-to-day accounting and banking operations.
• Handle treasury-related activities including fund management and banking transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for LC, BG, foreign remittances, and other trade finance requirements.
• Ensure smooth processing and monitoring of export/import documentation and banking compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS, profitability analysis, and financial reports.
• Validate freight invoices, maintain freight rate masters, and post accruals as required.
• Process vendor invoices using 3-way matching and ensure GST/TDS compliance.
• Follow up on customer collections and support DSO improvement initiatives.
• Manage fixed asset accounting including capitalization, reconciliation, and depreciation accounting.
• Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
• Compute and track export incentives such as RoDTEP and GST refunds.
• Validate Incoterms in contracts and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, operations, and finance for smooth execution of financial processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and statutory regulations.

Education and/or Experience:

• CA with any graduation specialization in Accounting/Taxation or related field.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, statutory compliance, and trade finance practices.
• Knowledge of export incentives, payroll compliance, and financial reporting frameworks
