Job Description

Udaya Public School is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and student-focused Teacher who can create an engaging learning environment and support the overall academic and personal development of students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to use modern teaching methodologies.

Requirements

Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good classroom management skills.

Ability to engage and motivate students.

Effective lesson planning and assessment skills.

Basic proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.

Strong documentation and time-management skills.

Positive, patient, and student-friendly approach.

Graduation in any discipline will be preferred.

NTT / Nursery Teacher Training / ECCE / D.El.Ed. or equivalent qualification.

Candidates with relevant early childhood education certifications will be preferred.

1–3 years of experience as an NTT / Pre-Primary Teacher is preferred.

Freshers with the required qualifications and good communication skills may also be considered.
