Job Description
METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. The merger allowed METRO and Makro-Habib to combine resources and gain the financial strength to lead and grow in a challenging environment and to gain synergies targeted to generate value for our customers and suppliers alike. Today the company is operating 10 wholesale centers in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad & Faisalabad. Report to the Customer Experience Manager (CEM) and assist with stock ordering and maintaining optimum stock levels in the department. Lead Store Associates in mass merchandising, shelf management, stock management, and departmental cleanliness. Drive productivity improvement and enhance operational efficiency. Assist the Floor Manager (FM) in achieving departmental sales targets. Ensure overnight department preparation in accordance with Dark Store Operations (DSO) protocols and readiness before store opening. Ensure product presentation according to the Planogram. Ensure secondary displays comply with BMPL guidelines. Ensure all departmental activities comply with SOPs, company policies, and applicable protocols. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional attire in accordance with uniform guidelines. Conduct QA checks according to defined protocols and checklists to maintain quality standards. Monitor product expiry dates during and after stock deliveries and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Graduation with 3 years of relevant experienceCompany Description
