Technical content writer

FREDi is on the lookout for a Technical Content Writer who can turn complex logistics tech into clear, impactful, and user-friendly content. If you have a knack for explaining APIs, dashboards, and software workflows in a way that both developers and customers understand — we’d love to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain product documentation, API guides, and user manuals
• Write technical blogs, feature updates, FAQs, and onboarding flows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate features into documentation
• Break down logistics and shipping concepts into readable, helpful content
• Support marketing with whitepapers, case studies, and explainers
• 4–6 years of experience in technical writing (B2B SaaS/logistics a plus)
• Strong grasp of software, APIs, and product workflows
• Excellent English writing skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Markdown, Confluence, or Git
• Bonus: Experience writing for developer or enterprise tech audiences
