Role Summary

A Floor Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities on the store floor. They ensure smooth operations, good customer service, and proper staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise staff working on the floor
Ensure customers are attended to properly
Handle customer complaints or issues
Monitor product display and stock availability
Maintain cleanliness and store standards
Support sales targets and team performance
Prepare daily reports and update the Store Manager
Ensure staff follow company policies and discipline
