Monday to Friday, 6:00am 3:00pm or 6:30am 4:00pm

About The Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Waste Sorter to join a team based in the Welshpool area. This is an ongoing position working Monday to Friday on day shift, with the opportunity for long-term employment. The role involves manual sorting of materials within a waste processing environment.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for manually sorting and separating used hand sanitiser bottles and other recyclable or waste materials from mixed waste within cubic bins. The role requires identifying items correctly, ensuring proper handling and disposal in line with site safety and environmental procedures, and maintaining a clean and organised work area.

What You Will Need

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to procedures

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Previous experience in waste sorting, recycling, or labouring (desirable)

Reliable transport to and from site

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to undertake repetitive tasks
