Job Description

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

Management of Individual broiler farms.
Achieving broiler farm standards.
Relieving the Broiler Farm Manager .
Managing staff, Production, Maintenance and Health & Safety.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Relevant Degree/Diploma in Agriculture will be an advantage.
The candidate must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
Computer knowledge and will be an added advantage.
The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
It is essential that the Candidate have a passion for implementing 20 keys.
Ability to work weekends and public holiday is a must.
