Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive with prior experience in the E-commerce industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, driving engagement, and contributing to sales through strategic content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle social media platforms:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• LinkedIn (optional)
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Create engaging content including:
• Reels
• Posts
• Stories
• Product-focused creatives
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for high-quality content
• Run and optimize social media campaigns to increase:
• Engagement
• Followers
• Website traffic
• Conversions
• Monitor trends, viral content, and competitor strategies
• Respond to comments, DMs, and maintain community engagement
• Collaborate with influencers and manage basic influencer campaigns
• Track and analyze performance metrics:
• Reach, impressions, engagement rate
• Click-through rate (CTR)
• Conversion tracking
  

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (E-commerce industry is mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
• Experience in handling product-based brands
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads is a plus)
• Familiarity with tools like:
• Meta Business Suite
• Canva / Adobe tools
• Scheduling tools
• Strong content ideation and storytelling skills
