Finance Manager From Ecommerce Industry Only

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the e-commerce industry to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The role requires deep understanding of marketplace finance, high transaction volumes, and profitability management across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor revenue, margins, and profitability across e-commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website, etc.)
• Handle marketplace reconciliations, payment settlements, and commission tracking
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions
• Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are met
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and cost optimization strategies
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Implement financial controls and process improvements
  
  

• Mandatory experience in E-commerce / D2C finance
• Strong knowledge of marketplace reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Expertise in accounting principles, taxation (GST), and compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in handling high-volume transactions and complex data
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

• CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• Experience with D2C brands or high-growth startups
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and supply chain finance
• Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or financial modeling
