Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
  • Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Schedule meetings and follow up on leads
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field (BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow in sales

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of sales or business development (internship is a plus)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or lead generation tools
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
