Primary Responsibility:

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Loan Officer to join our banking team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with loan applications, verifying documents, and guiding clients through the loan approval process. This role requires good communication skills and basic knowledge of banking and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in applying for different types of loans such as personal loans, home loans, and business loans
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers
• Collect and verify customer documents and KYC details
• Evaluate loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete
• Coordinate with the credit and verification team for loan approval process
• Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer details
• Follow up with customers regarding loan status and required documents
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
