Senior BIM Manager – Dublin

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead the development and implementation of the organisations BIM Strategy and Roadma
• pEstablish and manage a BIM Management Office, including future recruitment of support staf
• fReview, develop and maintain BIM processes, protocols and office standards in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 1965
• 0Oversee the implementation and management of the Common Data Environment (CDE) across all project
• sLead federation and coordination of BIM models, including clash detection and compliance auditin
• gDevelop and maintain BIM documentation, templates, content libraries and model authoring standard
• sProvide BIM training and support to staff at all levels across the organisatio
• nManage integration of the CDE with existing Estate Management Systems (IWMS/Tririga
• )Chair the BIM Technical Sub-Group and report progress to the BIM Steering Grou
• pOversee BIM budgets, software strategy, licensing and ICT hardware requirement
