UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Design Team. In this role, you will use your skills in user research, interaction design, and prototyping to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Youll work closely with the Product, Development, and Marketing teams to understand user needs and design thoughtful, effective interfaces that solve real problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to create designs that are high-quality user experiences for users.
• Translate concepts into user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  
  

• Have high agency and be able to operate independently
• Have strong core skills in digital product design, including user research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Be proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator and the like
• Be proficient with using AI design tools like Claude Code and the like in order to produce functional prototypes
• Should have at least a basic (theoretical) understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Should be able to write about their work in order to communicate what they’ve done
• Should have a philosophical perspective of where the digital product design field is headed in the future
• Share a strong portfolio showcasing a body of relevant work.
• Motion design or animation skills are a big plus
