Job Description
Operate CAM and associated production equipment as per approved SOPs. Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and production parameters as required. Execute production activities according to batch manufacturing records and work instructions. Monitor machine performance and product/process parameters during operation. Perform in-process checks and document results accurately. Identify machine abnormalities, deviations, and production issues and report them to the supervisor. Maintain proper equipment cleaning and line-clearance procedures. Complete equipment logbooks, batch records, checklists, and other GMP documentation. Follow cGMP, safety, EHS, and data-integrity requirements. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams. Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area. Ensure proper handling and identification of materials, tools, and finished components. Participate in investigations, CAPA, and continuous-improvement activities when required. Achieve production targets while maintaining product quality. Minimize machine downtime and production losses. Maintain accurate and complete GMP documentation. Follow safety, quality, and compliance requirements consistently. Maintain equipment and work area in inspection-ready condition. Perform in-process checks and document results accurately.
