"• To ensure achievement of planned productivity with quality compliance in respective shift. • Work allocation & proper utilization of men & machine. • Co-ordination with Tablet Mfg./Secondary packing/QA/QC/stores supply chain/BSR. • To ensure availability of required packing material, Change Parts& Rubber Stereo as per Plan. • Shop floor Training to all supervisors & workers. • To comply Stereo management system.(Procurement to Disposal) • Monitoring & controlling of product yield & Material consumption during packing operations. • To prepare & revise SOPs, MMD: II and relevant documents review. • Review of batch packing record in packing stage • Discuss the monthly plan with all team members & action plan for to achieve the same • Trouble shooting and attending the breakdown of equipment. • Ensure online documentation as per cGMP requirement & compliance to cGMP & other regulatory markets • Technical/GMP & Regulatory requirement Training to all subordinates. • To Monitor & Control of product yield & Material consumption during packing operations • Ensure stage wise Reconciliation of Product/Packing Material • New equipment finalization & Implementation of Automation • Budgetary requirement & Control on expenses. • Performance review of subordinates & improvement action plan."
