Technical Supervisor

To ensure Quality and cGMP compliance of the products being manufactured in Herbal facility. To initiate and Handling of deviation, Change control, CAPA as per respective SOP. To perform the in process checks for control on production for the process / product being manufactured. To handle audit for the Herbal facility. Documents control of Master Copies of SOPs, MMD-I and Batch Packing Record. Issuance and distribution of controlled of master documents copies and usage copy to manufacturing and engineering department. Preparation and Review of SOPs and cGMP documents for Herbal facility. To give area and machine clearance i.e. checking and approval of area / cubicles and its respective areas. To verify environmental conditions i.e. Temperature, Relative Humidity & Pressure Differential conditions in all area, are within acceptable range at all the time during operation throughout the shift. To verify the status of calibration of all equipments of Herbal Facility. To perform In-Process checks during manufacturing and packing of Liquid Oral / External, Powder Oral / External, Ointment/ Cream, Capsules and Tablet dosages. To perform sampling at in process stages and finished product as per respective BMR / BPR and as per Sop and enter in to sampling log and submit the samples to QC for analysis. To perform initial and periodical verification of process parameters as per BMR / BPR and as per respective SOP. To release the batches for further processing stage like Manufacturing/ filling and / or packing. To review and checking MMD-I, Batch Packing Records for reconciliation, correct entries, completeness, with respect to detail in log book. To carry out investigation of market complaint ,OOT and OOS. To carry out any other job assigned time to time by Head QA. Intermediate & final Release of Finished Product in SAP
