Key Responsibility
• Investigate and resolve process deviations using structured problem-solving
• Lead advanced process transfer & development, optimization, qualification, and troubleshooting. Define control strategies for yield and reliability.
• Solve complex process issues using 8D, fishbone and 5 whys methos, FEMA. Drive cross-functional yield improvement and cost reduction methods.
• Mentor junior process engineers, standardize process best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and EHS across process operations.Qualifications & Experiences
• 5+ Years of relevant WET etch experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise with structured problem-solving methods (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA)Skills
• Familiar with process documentation and safety protocols.
• Process Transfer Success rate.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processes.
• Mentorship to Juniors.Additional Technical Requirements
