Job Description

Technource is hiring a QA Engineer with strong experience in testing web and mobile applications across a wide range of industries. As a service-based IT company, we work with global clients on custom solutions, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA who can thrive in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

Describe Skill and Experience

• Must have hands-on QA experience across industries like real estate, e-commerce, fintech, ERP, and on-demand services.
• Mandatory experience working in a service-based IT company (not product-based).
• Strong experience in manual testing of both web and mobile applications.
• Experience working with AI, IoT, or blockchain-based projects is a plus.
• Ability to write and execute detailed test cases, checklists, and test plans based on user stories and business requirements.
• Experience testing applications built using custom technology stacks such as Laravel, Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, and mobile tech like Flutter, React Native, Android (Java/Kotlin), and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to clearly report bugs and issues, and provide objective feedback to development teams.
• Familiarity with standard QA tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, TestRail, Postman) and structured testing practices.
• English communication (written and spoken) should be manageable and professional, especially for client interactions.
• Good to have: Experience working on QA for projects delivered to international clients.
