Describe Skill and Experience

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies such as Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Ability to assist in resume screening and initial candidate communication to evaluate candidate relevance for technical roles.
• Interest in learning about IT recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and hiring workflows.
• Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with confidence in interacting with candidates.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up ability, and willingness to learn recruitment coordination.
• Internship Duration: 4 to 6 months
