Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibility

• Develop deep understanding (demand and supply) of local real estate market
• Build vendor base for end-to-end delivery of employee related supply and services e.g. accommodation, office, canteen, transportation etc.
• Contract creation and project management of contract deliverables/expectations
• Cross functional and deep collaboration with user, legal and finance teams to ensure best quality service at best cost
• Managing vendor engagement for assigned categories including utilities (power, water), real estate, canteen services, employee transport etc.
  
  

• Exceptional eye to detail
• Ability to structure deal and lead end to end contract negotiations
  
  

• B.E/B.Tech from a reputable college
• MBA is a plus
  
  

• 8-10 years of experience in employee related supply and services
• Experience in real estate (housing and office) is a plus
