Job Description

Technource is seeking a Full-Stack NestJS Developer (Mid-Level or Senior) to work on high-quality web applications using NestJS for backend and ReactJS for frontend. The ideal candidate should be confident in building structured, scalable APIs and frontend interfaces. Experience with NextJS is a strong advantage, but not mandatory. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams, contribute to clean architecture, and ensure consistent delivery with performance and code quality in mind.

Describe Skill and Experience

• Solid hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js + TypeScript) for backend development.
• Strong command over ReactJS for frontend development; experience with NextJS is a plus.
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs, authentication, and integrating third-party services.
• Must have worked on complete web applications, not just isolated modules or backend-only setups.
• Good understanding of database design (SQL or NoSQL) and API performance optimization.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and deployment flows — not mandatory but preferred.
• Experience with Git and working in an Agile Scrum team environment.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Exposure to AI-based tools or agents for code review or generation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
