Technource is looking for a Fresher IT Recruiter who is passionate about identifying talent and building strong technology teams. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition, working closely with HR and technical teams to understand hiring requirements and support the recruitment process for various technology roles.

Describe Skill and Experience

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies such as Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to evaluate candidate suitability for different technical roles.
• Interest in learning about technical recruitment, talent acquisition processes, and hiring workflows.
• Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
• Positive attitude, learning mindset, and eagerness to grow in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
