Technource is seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role focuses heavily on SEO strategy and execution while contributing to broader digital marketing initiatives that enhance online visibility and brand presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing practices, along with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Describe Skill and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SEO (On-page & Off-page) including meta tags, internal linking, URL optimization, and content structuring to improve search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis using SEO tools to identify high-impact opportunities that align with business goals and user behavior.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink acquisition, competitor backlink analysis, and identifying high-authority link opportunities.
• Execute outreach campaigns by connecting with bloggers, publishers, and webmasters for guest posting and backlink collaborations.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles and SEO performance using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across website pages and blog content.
• Hands-on working knowledge of WordPress for publishing and optimizing website content.
• Manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.
