Technource is offering an opportunity for a Business Development Intern who is enthusiastic about starting a career in IT sales and international business development. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to learn how software services are presented to global clients, gain exposure to lead generation platforms, and understand the fundamentals of sales in a technology-driven company.

Describe Skill and Experience

• Learn and understand Technource’s IT services and be able to present them after reviewing company materials and website information.
• Assist in researching international markets and generating leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and internal databases.
• Support outbound communication with prospects through emails, LinkedIn messages, and introductory calls, while maintaining proper follow-ups.
• Interest in learning IT sales processes, international client communication, and business development strategies.
• Candidates from technical or management (MBA) backgrounds will be preferred.
• Prior exposure to sales or calling environments (BPO, insurance, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Good English communication and presentation skills, along with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
• Internship Duration: 4 to 6 months
