Your Contribution

• Responsible for operating the CNC Machines in Machine shop Camshaft maintenance department and Utility Maitenance Department
  
  

Your Role

• Education – Diploma in mechanical/Electrical engineering or related field.
• Attend the production line 5 minutes before the shift starts. ( A rotation system that consists of first, second, and third shifts.)
• Attend the morning meeting and understand the production target for that day.
• Check availability of Control plan & SOP on work station of running Camshaft & Informed to Shift supervisor if found missing
• Check availability of Blank format of Daily operator check list & update the machine check list and training to be provided by supervisor
• Operate the machines by loading and unloading components and performing necessary inspections according to the team leader and supervisor allocation in the manufacturing cell.
• Operate the multi machines according to man machine ratio
• Any abnormality and any defect found stop the machine and inform the team leader or supervisor
• Tools should be changed according to to tool life and necessary inspections and records should be updated.
• Closely work with setters and understand the machine settings whenever needed.
• He should be continued whenever the next shift's reliver is absent.
• Lunch time should be followed only 30 minutes
• End of the shift machines should be cleaned before handing over to next shift operator
• Participate in the AM activity with the TPM team.
• Update the OEE sheet and all necessary down times to be updated after end of the shift
