As a Gardener at Mirth Resorts & Residences, you will help create and maintain the lush, nature-inspired landscapes that define the beauty and tranquility of our villas. Your care for plants, attention to detail, and respect for the environment will bring Mirth’s commitment to sustainability and natural luxury to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor landscapes across villas and common areas.
• Care for plants through regular watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Support seasonal planting and landscape enhancement projects.
• Ensure pathways, garden furniture, and outdoor décor remain clean and presentable.
• Monitor plant health and report any maintenance or irrigation issues.
• Implement eco-friendly horticultural and waste management practices.
• Assist in setting up outdoor arrangements for special events or guest experiences.
• Uphold Mirth’s environmental and sustainability standards in all gardening activities.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance.
• Physically fit, reliable, and passionate about nature and outdoor work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
