Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of front office or guest relations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role at a luxury resort or boutique property.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Malayalam or Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
Exceptional guest service orientation with an eye for detail and personalized hospitality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle guest arrivals, departures, and in-stay requests seamlessly.
Financial awareness and the ability to manage front office budgets, upselling, and occupancy targets.
Problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns promptly and tactfully.
Good knowledge of local attractions, experiences, and cultural insights to enhance the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Reservations, etc.) for flawless guest experiences.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain Mirth’s brand standards in guest greetings, communication tone, and service etiquette.
Manage daily reports, occupancy forecasts, and cash handling procedures.
Conduct regular training sessions for the front office team on grooming, communication, and service quality.
Support digital guest engagement – ensuring prompt responses to online queries and reviews.
Uphold a warm, welcoming environment that reflects Mirth’s philosophy of luxury rooted in nature.
Working Conditions
Accommodation and meals may be provided for eligible candidates.
Location: Mirth Resorts, Kanthalloor
Availability: Full-time, including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
