Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of front office or guest relations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role at a luxury resort or boutique property.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English (Malayalam or Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Exceptional guest service orientation with an eye for detail and personalized hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle guest arrivals, departures, and in-stay requests seamlessly.
  • Financial awareness and the ability to manage front office budgets, upselling, and occupancy targets.
  • Problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns promptly and tactfully.
  • Good knowledge of local attractions, experiences, and cultural insights to enhance the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Reservations, etc.) for flawless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain Mirth’s brand standards in guest greetings, communication tone, and service etiquette.
  • Manage daily reports, occupancy forecasts, and cash handling procedures.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the front office team on grooming, communication, and service quality.
  • Support digital guest engagement – ensuring prompt responses to online queries and reviews.
  • Uphold a warm, welcoming environment that reflects Mirth’s philosophy of luxury rooted in nature.

Working Conditions

Accommodation and meals may be provided for eligible candidates.

Location: Mirth Resorts, Kanthalloor

Availability: Full-time, including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
